Produced in compliance with the regulations of the Consorzio Mortadella Bologna PGI. For La Festa, we use shoulder and lean cuts of pork and classic lardons. The taste is typical of Emilia, the fragrance is marked and enveloping. Very appetising.
Without gluten, milk derivatives, glutamate and added polyphosphates. Only natural flavours.
Shapes: available in cylindrical and oval version, of various weights and diameters. Also with pistachio.
