Two skinned and fat-free pancetta wrap a coppa, all 3 made from Italian pigs. After salting and resting for about 15 days, they are "assembled", sewn and tied by hand, then wrapped in vegetable paper. The resulting product is of great visual impact and special in taste, thanks to the seasoning with garlic, juniper and fennel which makes it sweet and distinctive.
Gluten-free. Without milk derivatives. Only natural flavours.
