Pork leg deboned, with the exception of the haunch bone, trimmed and seasoned with salt and natural flavourings. After salting and resting, it matures for at least 7 months. “Larded” during the seasoning phase, its uniqueness is due to the particular rounded shape to which it owes its name. Compact appearance and high percentage of lean meat. Tasty and "soft" on the palate.
