Cooked Ham

From boned leg of pork topped with an infusion of herbs and aromatic berries, then massaged and placed in a mould for cooking in a steam oven. Once cooked and cooled, the product is diced and packaged. Soft and tasty cubes, ideal for rice, pasta, salads and cold dishes.
