Lard from 100% Iberian pigs, reared in the wild in oak and cork forests and fed only on grass and acorns. Seasoned with a season of salt, pepper, rosemary, sage and garlic, it is then placed in tanks where it rests for around one month to absorb the aromas and reach maturity, before final drying. Pinkish white in colour and covered with spices, it has a sweet and delicate flavour, with a pleasant aromatic note that is not overbearing.
Gluten-free. Without milk derivatives. Only natural flavours.
