Il Brace

The Brace is made with selected and controlled pork legs, a very tender and tasty meat which is the result of the double cooking, steam and grilled. A high gastronomy product seasoned with herbs and spices such as bay leaf, juniper, white pepper and rosemary, to give it a unique flavour, typical of a home-made roast. Handcrafted in appearance due to the irregular shape and hand binding.
