Leg of Italian pigs, selected, boned and trimmed by hand to keep only the heart of the ham. It is in fact the noblest part of the thigh, the same used for seasoned Culatta. The bouquet of natural aromas used for the seasoning gives it a delicate, haute cuisine taste. Hand tied with rope.

Free from gluten and milk derivatives. Only natural flavours.
