Cinquefiori Maxi PP

The Maxi is made with pork legs from the PP circuit, born and raised in Italy, according to the prescriptions of the protected raw hams specifications. A cooked ham with a firm and compact flesh, with a consistent covering of fat and a pinkish white colour. The central fat star gives it an exceptionally soft texture. It is flavoured with an infusion specially prepared with herbs and aromatic berries, according to an exclusive recipe. Sweet and delicate taste.
