Produced following the ancient recipe, with pork and chilli (3/4 sweet and 1/4 spiciness). The mixture thus composed is then stuffed into natural hand-tied casing. Finally, the drying and seasoning phases follow for at least 40 days. The softness and melting texture of the meat combine with the aroma and persistence of the chilli resulting in a pleasant spiciness.
Gluten-free. Without milk derivatives. Only natural flavours.
