RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE
Take two slices of Culatta Villani, pineapple and mango. Grill the fruit and cut it into cubes. Marinate basil, mint, marjoram and pink pepper in the oil. Create a shell with a slice of culatta in a small bowl and distribute the grilled fruit cubes. Finally garnish with the marinade.
