Grilled mortadella wafer with Venere rice

RECIPE FOR 4 PEOPLE
Cut four thick discs of Bologna Villani Mortadella PGI, using a pastry cutter, and then grill them. Cook 50 grams of Venere rice. Freeze another thick slice of mortadella and grate it. Arrange the pastry rings on a disk of mortadella, add a few teaspoons of venere rice and compress carefully. Garnish to taste with grated mortadella.
