RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE

Take two slices of Villani Bresaola PGI. Cut two discs of brioche bread using a pastry cutter and heat them. Blend some raspberries with salt and pepper to create a sauce. Prepare the cream cheese and season some baby spinach with oil and salt. Place two spinach leaves on a disc of bread and place a bresaola slice on top. Add a hint of cheese, a raspberry and finally a drop of squid sauce.

Your finger food is ready!
