RECIPE FOR 4 PEOPLE

Take four slices of Villani Pancetta al Pepe Nero. Cut the polenta into cubes and wet the plums with the rum. Take a cube of polenta and wrap a slice of pancetta around it. Roast in the oven for 5 minutes at 160 degrees. Stick the plum and sage onto a toothpick.
