RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE
Take two slices of Il Gentile Villani salami and two slices of bread with raisins. Cut out a disc of bread using a pastry cutter. Prepare some fig pulp, 50 g of mascarpone and the shoots in separate bowls, and fill a small glass with 10 ml of Marsala wine. Wet the fig pulp with Marsala. Add the pulp to the mascarpone, then mix until achieving a soft cream. Take a slice of salami, fill with the cream and roll up. Place on the disc of bread and decorate with the shoots.
