RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE
Take two slices of Villani Culatta Cotta and carrots, courgettes and asparagus. Cut the vegetables and blanch them in hot water. Create a pesto by blending the basil and oil. Combine the burrata with the basil pesto and blend until creamy. Prepare the rosa di culatta cotta in a small bowl and garnish with the blanched vegetables to taste. Now add the cream.
